👁 Does Para Emporium ship international? 

Please contact us about international orders as we work out the kinks of the grand opening! 

👁 How long before my order ships?

Right now Para Emporium has a processing time of 1 week. 

👁 Once my order ships, how long will it take to get to me? 

Once the order has shipped, allow for 1-5 business days if in the U.S. Please contact me about international shipping times.

👁 Do you allow returns/exchanges/cancellations?

Para Emporium accepts returns if contact is made within 2 weeks of delivery, and if the product(s) are shipped back within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept exchanges, and we do not accept returns on commissions, digital download products, or sale items. The customer is responsible for cost of return shipping, and if not in original condition, any loss of value to the product. Please email us ASAP through our contact page with your order number and reason for return or cancellation. Please repackage item to original state as best as possible, and slide it into a new envelope with stamp and return address. Send the envelope through the mail, and your refund will be sent to you as soon as the product(s) are recieved. We cannot guarantee cancelations or returns, so please be patient with us.
